摘要
目的探讨应用尿道板行尿道下裂Ⅰ期成形手术的效果。方法对46例尿道下裂患者应用显微外科技术,根据具体情况保留尿道板为成形尿道一部分,选择适宜的方法Ⅰ期尿道成形。结果术后效果满意,全部病例尿道均I期成形。术后并发症主要是尿瘘(4例)和尿道狭窄(1例),未出现其他并发症。结论提早患儿接受手术年龄,应用显微外科技术,选择适宜的手术方法,术中恰当应用尿道板,可获得满意的疗效。
Objective：To evaluate selection of surgical procedures for one-stage hypospadias repair using urethral plate. Methods：46 cases were treated with microsurgical techniques and different methods of urethroplasty. Results：The major complication was stricture （1 case） and fistula （4 cases）. There was no other complications. Conclusions： Hypospadias should be operated on an earlier age. Urethral plate should be used properly. Microsurgery, suitable surgical procedures, more experience and better techniques contribute to getting satisfied results.
