摘要
作者１９７８年至１９９２年采用分期手术治疗尿道下裂合并阴茎阴囊转位３４例。其中阴茎阴囊型尿道下裂２３例，会阴型尿道下裂１１例；不完全型阴茎阴囊转位２４例，完全型阴茎阴囊转位１０例。３４例中３２例阴茎阴囊转位复位满意。术后并发尿道瘘３例，尿道口狭窄２例。文中对阴茎阴囊转位的分型、手术适应证及其手术方法进行了讨论。
AbstractThirty-four patients with penoscrotal transpositlonassociated with hypospadias were surgically treatedfrom 1978 to 1992. Penoscrotal hypospadias was notedin 23,and perineal hypospadias in 11.Incompletepenoscrotal transposition was scen in 24 patients,andcomplete penoscrotal transposition in 10.32 patientsout of 34 obtained satisfactory results after the correc-tion of penoscrotal transposition. Complication oc-curred in 5 patients(urethral fisula 3 and orifice struc-ture 2).The operative procedures of penoscrotal trans-position were discussed。
