摘要
从教学大纲下的历史高考向课程标准下的历史高考转换，实质上是历史高考改革的发展和深化。为推进改革，必须明确转换的方向，进行考查目标、考查内容和考查形式（首先是试题形式）的转换。加强历史高考命题队伍的组织和建设对转换的顺利实现至关重要。
History subject in College Entrance Exam transforms from teaching program to curriculum standard, which characterized the development and deepening of the reform in College Entrance Exam. To promote the reform we must clarify the transformation of the aim, content and form of the exam. To strengthen the organization and construction of people who assigning topics for history subject in College Entrance Exam is very important to realize the transformation smoothly.
