摘要
由于缺乏理论的指导和经验的积累,许多地方高校在教学计划编制过程中存在的问题一定程度上影响了教学计划的科学性。提高教学计划质量的对策有:制订成员的选择注重多元性;管理计划的过程强调民主性;评价指标的构建要求科学性。
As a result of the lack of academic direction and experiential accumulation, there exist some problems in the management of teaching plans in Chinese universities, which, to a certain extent, reduces scientific features of teaching plans. In effect We should set up a teaching - plan management, which involves pluralistic principles in choosing plan - makers, the democratic features in plan management, and scientific features in assessment of the quality as well.
