摘要
文章从新时期对水土保持与荒漠化防治专业应用性人才的能力要求出发,按照"厚基础、宽口径、强能力、高素质"的原则,对人才培养体系进行大胆改革,构建了以素质为基础、以能力为中心的理论教学体系与实践教学体系相融合的专业人才培养模式。
In order to meet the new demands on the abilities of application-oriented professionals of soil and water conservation & desertification combating in the new period,this paper proposes some audacious reforms to the cultivation system in training soil and water conservation & desertification combating staff,complying to the principle of "Sound basis,wide outlet,emphasis on ability and high quality".This paper also proposes a professional cultivation mode that emphasizes quality and ability training and combines theory teaching with practice.
