摘要
完整的公民教育应包含公民品德教育与公民权责教育两个方面。然而，我国的公民教育长期以来只重视公民品德教育，忽视了公民权责教育，这种现象在中等职业学校中同样存在。文章阐释了公民权责教育的要义，分析了我国中职生公民教育中存在的问题，进而提出了在中等职业学校开展公民权责教育的途径和方法。
The whole civic education should include two aspects of civic virtue education and citizenship education. But the civic education in China just has civic virtue education,in defect of citizenship education for a long time. The phenomena also exist in the vocational high schools. Firstly, this paper explains the keystone of the citizenship education and analyses the problems of the civic education for the students of vocational high schools. Then we put forward the approaches and means of carrying out the citizenship education in the vocational high sehools.
