基于曲轴角振动信号的多缸内燃机作功状态监测仪

摘要 以内燃机动力学为理论基础,利用当低谐次扭振频率远低于内燃机轴系单结点振型固有频率时,其“自然工况”与故障工况下低谐次扭振幅值概率分布重合度很小的特性,提出一种利用曲轴的低谐次角振动幅值,通过设定阈值对多缸内燃机作功状态进行监测的新方法。根据所提方法,开发了基于曲轴角振动信号的多缸内燃机作功状态监测仪。以6135柴油机为对象进行的仿真和实验研究,验证了新方法和监测仪的实用性和诊断准确性。 On the basis of dynamics principle of ICE, using the characteristic of small range coincidence of probability distribution of torsional vibration amplitude of lower order in normal and fault condition when the torsional vibration frequency of lower order is far less than the natural frequency of single node vibration mode of the crankshaft, presents a new method that using the angular vibration amplitude of lower order of crankshaft by presetting a threshold valve monitoring the power condition of cylinders of ICE, and the new virtual instmwent with the method is developed. It verifies the feasibility and diagnosis accuracy of the new method and instrument through the simulated and experimental researches on the 6135 - type diesel engine.
