摘要
提出了两种测量内燃机转速波动信号的简易方法 ,探讨了提高测量精度的途径 ,介绍了用于内燃机故障诊断的一些测量和应用实例 ,给出了相应的特征提取和故障识别方法。
Two techniques have been developed to measure the speed fluctuation signals from an internal combustion engine for its fault diagnosis.One is first to measure the displacement of the flywheel gear teeth relative to its case, where an eddy current sensor is placed,and then to convert the signals into square waves by a band pass filter and a maveshaping amplifier.The speeds required are obtained by measuring the periods of the waves with a high frequency counter.The other is directly to convert the displacement signals into digital ones by an A/D converter.The periods of the samled signals are computed by the software.
