摘要
以240柴油机为例,通过计算机模拟,详细分析了在不同缸数和不同转速条件下,各缸功率不均衡对曲轴瞬时转动(速度和加速度)曲线的影响及其内在联系。关联度计算和极值分析表明,角加速度增量△j能较准确地量化各缸的作功状况。
Taking 240 diesel engines as example, the effect of uneven power distribution of each cylinder on the crankshaft instantanous rotation(velocity and acceleration) and their interrlationship in different cylinder numbers and rotation speed have been thoroughly analyzed by means of computer simulation. From relation degree calculation and extreme value analysis , it shows that the angle acceleration increment △j can be used quantize the power distribution of each cylinder in considerable precision.
