摘要
通过对系列尺寸微通道冷板进行分析比较,以及试验验证,得到了微通道冷板基础性的设计数据。通过对微通道冷板研究获得如下结论:1)通道宽度同换热性能密切相关,随着通道宽度尺寸的缩小,换热系数增大;2)微通道冷板的设计中,通道占空比对换热性能有较大影响。以换热系数进行比较,在占空比为20%时,换热性能最佳;3)若不计冷板体积的影响,微通道冷板中槽道的高宽比越大,换热性能越好。
This paper analyses the thermal performance of a series of dimensions of micro-channel, and validate experimentally data of thermal and resistance performance of parts of micro-channel cold plate. We draw the following conclusions through numerical simulation and experiment: Thermal performace of micro-channel cold plate is closely related to width of channel, ratio of thickness of rib to width of channel, ratio of height to width of channel. Thermal performance is best when ratio of thickness of rib to width of channel is 1:4.
