摘要
通过试验得出常规蛇形冷板与微通道冷板的流阻性能和换热性能的差异。通过试验数据验证了微通道冷板比常规冷板具有更为优异的换热性能。
An experiment of flow resistance and heat exchange ability of conventional cold plate and micro-channel cold plate is described in this paper. The data indicate that the heat transfer coefficient of the micro-channel cold plate is much higher than conventional cold plate.
