摘要
文中论述了半孔径双向剪切干涉仪的结构及进行准直检测的原理，给出了干涉条纹表达式，讨论了该法的检测灵敏度。将检测结果与Ｔａｌｂｏｔ干涉法的结果做了分析比较。
Thispaper dealswith the construction of HABS interferometer and theprinciple of collimation testing, gives the formulas of interferogram and discusses the testing sensitivity of This method. Theresults obtained compared with the results of Talbot interferometry.
