摘要
本文探讨了图书馆服务质量的评价指标,结合高校图书馆开展的图书馆服务质量的调查研究及对策分析的实例,探讨其对高校图书馆提高读者服务工作质量的推进作用。
This article analyzes the evaluate index of the service quality on university library, and discusses its boost effects of improving services quality for readers with the examples of the investigations and researches on the service quality of academic library as well as the analysis of the countermeasures carried out by academic libraries.
