摘要
目前我国中小学界存在四种具体学校形态———形式性组织、事务性组织、局部整合组织、全面整合组织,各学校可以据此确立自主发展的方向和策略,从而在不断变化的环境和内部发展之中,不断追求更高目标,真正实现自主发展。
Currently in China there are four school types in the circles of primary and middle schools, i.e. formal organization, routine organization, partial organization and overall and integrated organization, based oil which different schools can determine their own directions and policies of autonomous development, thus achieving the real autonomous development by constantly pursuing the higher objectives in the constantly changing situations and internal development.
