摘要
教师合作状态缺失的原因存在于制度、课程、文化三个层面。认识与解决合作缺失问题有助于教师转变观念,重塑教师间的合作愿景和实践。
The loss collaboration widely exists in the elementary and secondary schools. It has badly affected the work efficiency of all teachers and the education innovation. To analyse the reason of loss collaboration can help teachers to improve their concept and rebuild the collaboration willingness.
