Analyzes the the basic function of ArcPad software, discusses this software Secondary development technology： Creating a Default Configuration, Creating Applets, Creating Layer Definitions and VB Script documents; As well as the expansion by fixed form dynamic link libraries, and through in the actual center application, discovered other forms expansion methods.
