阐述对陕西电力地理信息系统的构想，如何实现一个结合电网设备信息、运行实时数据的完全模拟真实电网的数字电网；介绍在延安配网中的实现。
The conception of GIS for Shannxi power network is described in the paper The implementation of digital power network combined with facilities management and real－time data for power network simulation and its application in Yanan distribution network are also presented．
