摘要
本文根据滚子齿形空间凸轮的θ－τ两轴加工原理，建立了滚子齿形空间凸轮的ＣＡＭ系统；给出了采用Ｈ６Ｃ加工中心加工滚子齿形空间凸轮的原理、加工程序的编制即刀具中心轨迹坐标的计算方法及流程框图，开发了系统应用软件；成功地加工出高精度的滚子齿形空间凸轮。
This CAM system is established on the principle of θ-τ two-axis machining of the roller gear indexing cam, in this article, the principle of machining the cam on the machining centre H6C, the programming, i. e. the method for calculating the path of tool center, and the block diagram are given out. The application software for this system is developed, and it is successfully applied in the machining of the cam.
