视网膜下液谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶测定及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 对36例孔源性视网膜脱离病人视网膜下液(SRF)及其血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)活性进行了测定。结果表明:GPX在SRF和血清中含量分别为:110.5±40.5单位·L-1,176.6±8.7单位·L-1,血清中的含量显著高于SRF(P<0.01)。GPX在SRF中的含量与视网膜脱离范围呈正相关,脱离范围超过2个象限后GPX显著增加(P<0.01);脱离时间超过1个月后,GPX在SRF中含量也显著增加(P<0.05),但超过三个月后就不再增加。 The activity of glutathione peroxidate (GPX) was measured in the subretinal fluid (SRF) and serum of 36 patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. The results suggest that levels of the GPX in the SRF and serum are 110. 5±40. 5 unit/L and 176. 61±8. 7 unit/L,respectively. The level of GPX in serum is signifi cantly higher than the level in the SRF. The level of GPX in SRF is related to the range and course of the reti nal detachment. When the range of the retinal detachment exceeds two quadrants and the course of disease ex ceeds one month,the level of the GPX in SRF increases dramatically. But when the course of disease exceeds three months,the level of the GPX in the SRF is not increased.
