摘要
目的:探讨牛磺酸对离体家兔视网膜组织脂质过氧化反应、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathioneperoxidase,GSH-Px)活性的影响。方法:将家兔眼球视杯置于4组(对照组、模型组、牛磺酸组、β-胡萝卜素组)培养液中,5%CO2,37℃温育。分别于24小时和48小时后测定视网膜组织中SOD、GSH-Px、蛋白及丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)。结果:牛磺酸与β-胡萝卜素一样可以抑制视网膜组织内脂质过氧化反应,减少MDA生成;对SOD保护作用不确定,对GSH-Px无保护作用。结论:牛磺酸可抑制视网膜组织脂质过氧化反应,其机制可能与对SOD、GSH-Px活性的影响无关。
PURPOSE:Toprobetheeffectoftaurineonlipidperoxidation,surperoxidedismu-tase(SOD)andglutathioneperoxidase(GSH-Px)inretinainvitro.METHODS:Theanimaleyecupswereputintomedia(dividedintofourgroups:control,model,taurineandβ-carotene)respectively,andincubatedat37℃inahumidifiedatmosphereof5%CO2/95%air.After24hor48h,theretinasweretakenoutfromthemediaandtheSOD,GSH-Px,proteinandmalondialdehyde(MDA)wereex┐amined.RESULTS:Taurinecouldinhibitelipidperoxidationinretina,decreaseMDAlevel,couldnotprotectGSH-Pxactivityinretina.TheefectoftaurineonSODactivityinretinawasalsouncertain.CONCLUSION:Taurinecaninhibitlipidperoxidationinretinainvitro,butthemechanismofthathasnothingtodowiththeefectoftaurineonSODactivityandGSH-Pxactivity.
