摘要
近年来,国内外相继报道了孔源性视网膜脱离(简称RRD)患者及高度近视患者血清锌、铜含量有异常,但结果不一。为了探讨锌和铜代谢在RRD 的发病机制中的作用,我们对不同屈光程度的RRD 病人的视网膜下液(SRD)及血清锌、铜含量进行比较分析。
Abnormal zinc and copper metabolism has been described in some retin-al disorders affecting the retinal pigment epithelium.Anatomic studies inhigh myopic and retinal detachment eyes show important changes in thisretinal layer.We examined the subretinal fluid (SRF) and serum forzinc and copper in different myopic groups of primary retinal detach-ment and high myopic patient and normal control.We found low serumand SRF zinc and high serum copper values in the high myopic groupsand high myopic patients with primary retinal detachment.Cu/zn ratioin serum is distinctly elevated and of statistical significance in mediumand high myopic patients.The content of zinc and copper is not relatedto age and sex and course.
