本文围绕五种油料作物的种子,主要对它们中抗氧化活性物质的种类、含量、分布及应用的研究情况作了概述。它们的加工副产物可作为天然抗氧化物质的来源加以开发应用。
This article is mainly about the antioxidants in five important oilseeds, introducing their sorts, contents, distributions and implications. Their by - product after oil refining can be used as the source of natural antioxidants.
