摘要
当前，我国食品加工业使用非食品原料加工食品、滥用添加剂甚至非法使用工业原料生产加工食品的问题较为严重，同时，农兽药残留、重金属超标等化学污染问题也很较严重。为尽量避免由滥用添加剂引发食品安全隐患，我国将对食品添加剂实行市场准入，同时要求食品加工企业必须建立购买和使用食品添加剂的台账，并定期向质检部门备案。从今年7月1日起，我国将对肉制品等10种食品开展取证查处。
Our country is a great producing and expending nation in the world. Along with the rapid development of the meat industry, food additive is playing a more and more important role in meat producing.
