摘要
本文报道了一种应用Ｉｅｄｏｇｅｎ法进行蛋白质的１２５Ｉ标记方法，该方法具有操作方便、１２５Ｉ利用率高、分离蛋白快速等优点。利用固相免疫放射分析法，对该法标记的１２５Ｉ－驴抗兔ＩｇＧ抗体活性进行分析，其抗体结合力和效价均明显高于氯胺Ｔ法标记的抗体，上述结果提示，Ｉｏｄｏｇｅｎ法更适合于蛋白质的１２５Ｉ标记。
Protein radiolabelled by Iodogen method was described in this report.Iodogen methodis remarkably simple,highly radioisotope-labelled and rapid separation of labelled-protein with free Na125I.An example for iodination of donkey anti rabbit IgG antibody was also given in this method inthe report.These findings suggest that iodogen is extremely suitable for iodination of protein.
