摘要 本文探讨了纤维蛋白原 (FG)的Iodogen法12 5I标记技术。先用不同量的Iodogen作用于一定量的12 5I和FG ,根据产物标记率和活性率 ,选择Iodogen单次用量为FG的 1% ;用此量再进行多步重复标记 ,得出最佳重复次数为 5次 ,得产物标记率 95.2 % ,活性率 87.4 %。提示12 The article was to study 125 I labeling fibrinogen(FG) using Iodogen method. First, different amount of Iodogen was used to act on certain 125 I and FG, then the right amount of Iodogen in single labeling, equal to 1% of FG, was determined according to the labeling rate and activity rate of the products. Second, several repeating labeling was conducted using the same amount of Iodogen and 5 times of repeat was considered the best. The labeling rate of the products was 95.2%, activity rate was 87.4%, indicating that small dose of Iodogen and repeating labeling method is suitable for 125 I labeling FG.
