摘要
本文介绍了我科在1995年完成中国ZDM双叶人工瓣膜动物实验研究的状况。在连续4个月中为7例绵羊行体外循环下三尖瓣ZDM双叶瓣替换手术。现已达到国家人工瓣膜技术条件要求“3头动物存活1个月”的目标。在术后不作药物抗凝的情况下,最长的1头动物存活时间已超过3个月。文章讨论了以绵羊作为受试对象时。
A new type of bileaflet mechanical valve were developed in China and finished its animal experiences study in 1995 at General Hospital of PLA. The valves were implanted in sheep tricuspid position. Seven cases were performed this kind of operation under extracorporeal circulation. The target of animal experience was:three sheep were alive more than one month according to national requirement of artificial heart valve technology. After 4 months effor we had got the target and the longest alive time of No 4 sheep was more than 3 months under no anticoagulation therapy. The animal experiences in detail were reported in this paper.
