摘要
目的探讨Survivin在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中的定量表达及平阳霉素化疗对该基因表达的影响。方法收集口腔鳞状细胞癌石蜡包埋组织44例,分化疗组22例,未化疗组22例,正常口腔黏膜组织8例3组。应用流式细胞术定量分析技术和单克隆抗体免疫荧光间接法标记法,以荧光指数(FI)代表Survivin在口腔鳞细胞癌中的定量表达。对3组FI值行t检验。结果Survivin在正常黏膜组FI值为1.0±0.05,平阳霉素化疗组FI值为1.2±0.14,未化疗FI值为1.4±0.06。各组之间FI值均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论Survivin在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中呈高表达,平阳霉素化疗使其含量下降。
Objective： To study Survivin expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma （OSCC） and the effects of pingyangmycin treatment on Survivin expression. Methods： Expression of Survivin was analyzed by flow cytometry and fluorescent indirect mark monoclonal antibody technique in 22 cases of OSCC before chemotherapy,22 cases of OSCC after chemotherapy with pingyangmycin and 8 cases of normal oral mucosa. The Survivin expression was quantified as fluorescence index（FI）. Results： The FI in normal oral mucosa, OSCC before chemotherapy and OSCC after chemotherapy with pingyangmycin was 1.0 ± 0. 05,1.41 ± 0.06 and 1.22 ±0.14 respectively（ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusions：Survivin expression in OSCC is higher than that in normal mucosa. Pingyangmycin chemotherapy may decrease Survivin expression in OSCC.
