摘要
实验对比了以甘氨酸和CH6N4O作为燃烧反应的还原剂,与硝酸氧锆配制成氧化-还原性水溶液,在微波炉内加热升温,经历一个约2 m in的快速燃烧后,得到二氧化锆产物。结果表明,用CH6N4O能得到纯度高、粒度分布窄、细小的二氧化锆。通过X衍射法测定,平均粒径为53 nm。
Using glycine or CH6N4O as the reductant and ZrO(NO3)2· 2H2O as the oxider, the combustion water solution will be obtained. This solution then was heated in a microwave oven. When the combustion reaction was initiated, the burning flame would be sustained for 2 rain. The ZrO2 was formed in the manner of ash. The result showes that pure, narrow distribution and superfine ZrO2 can be with the CH6N4O. Its average diameter is 53 nm determined with XRD.
