摘要
超细氧化锆及氧化锆基复合氧化物粉体材料具有特殊的结构和功能,在陶瓷增韧、催化作用、传感器以及功能薄膜等领域具有广泛的应有前景。对近年来国内外超细氧化锆粉体及氧化锆基复合氧化物粉体的制备方法进行了总结,包括沉淀法、水热法、溶胶-凝胶法、微乳状液法、电化学合成法、气相法、固相法等,并简述相关方法制备原理,分析比较各制备方法的优缺点,为广大科研工作者提供参考。
Zirconia and zirconia-based ultrafine powders are widely used as ceramic toughening materials, catalysts, sensors and functional films due to their unique functions and special structures. This paper provides a brief review on the synthesis methods of Zir- conia powders in the recent years, including the precipitation method, hydrothermal method, sol-gel, microemulsion, electrochemical method, gas phase and solid phase processes etc. The working principles are briefly introduced while the characteristics of each method are compared as a reference to the scientists in this research field.
