摘要
采用甘氨酸-硝酸盐法制备了纳米LaMn1-xCoxO3,通过X-射线衍射仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、WLY 100-1等离子体单道扫描光电直读光谱仪表征了所制得的钙钛矿复合氧化物结构.结果表明采用不同的起始原料配比,制得了平均粒径为10-20 nm且粒径分布较均匀的LaMn1-xCoxO3.
The authers have prepared the nano-LaMn1-xCoxO3 respectively by glycine-ni- trate-process method. The diameter and structure of the perovskite oxides were characterized by XRD,IR and ICP-AES. The authers have alse made constrast between glycine-nitrate-process method. Under different condition of reactant ratio of LaMn1-xCoxO3 with 10-20 nm of diameter and good diameter distribution can be prepared.
