摘要 以溶剂A和N-甲基吡咯烷酮的混合物为萃取剂,对催化裂化柴油进行了脱色精制研究。考察了两种溶剂比、剂油比、溶剂含水量和精制段数对精制油收率和比色的影响。通过溶剂精制,催化裂化柴油的比色由原料的19降到6,精制油收率达90%以上。 Refining method with solvent mixed A with N-methyl pyrrolidone was used to decolor the FCC diesel oil. The effect of the ratio of A to N-methyl pyrrolidone, the ratio of the mixed solvent to diesel, the content of water in the mixed solvent and refining stages on the yield and colority of refined diesel oil were investigated. The results obtained under suitable conditions show that the colority of the FCC diesel oil can be decreased from 19 to 6 ang the yield of the refined diesel oil is over 90%.
