甲醇-碱液复合溶剂萃取法提高催化裂化柴油安定性的研究 被引量:20

摘要 采用甲醇和稀碱液组成的复合溶剂,对催化裂化柴油进行萃取以提高其储存安定性。分别考察了不同醇浓度、碱浓度和剂油比条件下的精制效果。实验结果表明,当甲醇浓度(质量分数)为80%,碱浓度(质量分数)为1.0%,剂油体积比为 0.2时,萃取后的催化裂化柴油的储存安定性显著提高,色度由 18号降到 8号,萃取溶剂经蒸馏回收甲醇后可循环使用。 FCC gas oil was extracted with mixed methanol-dilute caustic solvent for enhancing its stability in storage. The refining results under conditions of different methanol concentration, caustic concentrations and catalyst to oil ratios were investigated respectively. Experimental results showed that, the stability of the extracted FCC gas oil was enhanced remarkably with a methanol concentration of 80 Wt. %, a caustic concentration of 1 wt. % and a catalyst to oil ratio of 0. 2 in volume, and the color number decreased from 18 to 8. The extraction solvent can be used repeatedly after recovering methanol by distillation.
