摘要
应用液相色谱、质谱、1H核磁共振波谱、元素分析和分子量测定等分析手段,研究了大庆焦化蜡油的组成,包括测定饱和烃、轻芳烃、中芳烃、重芳烃、胶质五个组分的含量,并与大庆直馏蜡油数据进行对比.分别采用改进的B-L法、n-d-M法、密度法计算其平均结构参数,借助实沸点蒸馏装置,将焦化蜡油分成九个窄馏分,并测定窄馏分的性质,考察了硫、氮、残炭焦化蜡油中的分布,建立了大庆焦化蜡油的芳碳率、芳环数与苯胺点,残炭值与相对密度之间的数学关联式。
In this paper, the Daqing coker gatch was examined with LC, MS, 1H-NMR, AAS, etc. Thecomposition feature of the coker gatch was discussed by being compared with Daqing vacuum gas oil data.The average structural parameters of the coker gatch were calculated respectively by means of n-d-Mrnethod,modified Brown-Ladner's method and E-d-M method.The coker gatce was separated by T.B. P. distillation unit.The distributions of sulfur,nitrogen and carbon residue of the coker gatch rings islinear with an. pt (A,0F)(CA=26.560 79-0.06286A). The number of aromatic rings is also linear withan. pt (A,0F)(RA= -0.496 32+0.00564A).The mathematical relationship between carbon residue C for S.G. method and relative density at 20℃is ln C= -30.6913+33.83446d204.
