摘要
本文研究了苄嘧黄隆和甲黄隆的气相色谱分析方法。采用（１）５％ＯＶ－１０１／Ｃｈｒｏ－ｍｏｓｏｒｂＧＡＷＤＭＣＳ（０．２５～０．１８ｍｍ）；（２）５％新戊二醇己二酸聚酯／ＣｈｒｏｍｏｓｏｒｂＧＡＷＤＭ－ＣＳ（０．２５～０．１８ｍｍ）的两条色谱柱，邻苯二甲酸二戊酯为内标，氢火焰离子化检测器，标准偏差（ＳＤ）≤０．０６４％，变异系数（ＣＶ）≤２．１％，平均回收率为９６．７％～９８．８％。
A gas chromatographic analysis method for bensulfuron and metsulfuronmethyl was developed by using 5% OV-101/chromosorb G AW DMCS(0.25￣0.18 mm)column and 5% neopentyl glycol adiate/chromosorb G AW DMCS(0.25-0.18)column,and diamy1 phthalate as internal standed and the flame ionization detector.The standard deviation was 0.064%,and the coefficient of variation was 2.1%,and the average recovery was 96.7%～98.8%.
