摘要
本文研究了苄嘧黄隆和甲黄隆的气相色谱分析方法。采用(1)5%OV-101/Chro-mosorbGAWDMCS(0.25~0.18mm);(2)5%新戊二醇己二酸聚酯/ChromosorbGAWDM-CS(0.25~0.18mm)的两条色谱柱,邻苯二甲酸二戊酯为内标,氢火焰离子化检测器,标准偏差(SD)≤0.064%,变异系数(CV)≤2.1%,平均回收率为96.7%~98.8%。
A gas chromatographic analysis method for bensulfuron and metsulfuronmethyl was developed by using 5% OV-101/chromosorb G AW DMCS(0.25 ̄0.18 mm)column and 5% neopentyl glycol adiate/chromosorb G AW DMCS(0.25-0.18)column,and diamy1 phthalate as internal standed and the flame ionization detector.The standard deviation was 0.064%,and the coefficient of variation was 2.1%,and the average recovery was 96.7%~98.8%.
