摘要
1988~1990年对我国40个龙眼栽培品种进行研究结果表明,龙眼叶片组织细胞结构紧密度(CTR值)与品种耐寒性密切相关,且具有相对的稳定性,反映了龙眼品种耐寒性遗传上的差异,可作为耐寒性的鉴定指标。据此,可将供试品种的耐寒性分为3类,其中耐寒性较强的品种15个,中等的19个,较弱的6个。
The cell structure of leaf tissues in 40 longan cultivars were tested during 1988 -1990. The results were as follows.
The cell tense ratio (CTR)-the thickness of (palisade+lower tight tissue)/meso-
phyll was positively correlated with the cold tolerance of the cultivars, which appeared relatively stable, not changing with different leaf ages and cultivated regions; The characteristics of the cell structure in leaf tissues suggested the genetic differences of cold tolerance among the cultivars, and could be the criteria of cold tolerance of longan. The study indicated that there were 15 cultivars with higher cold tolerance, 19 cultivars with average cold tolerance and 6 cultivars with lower cold tolerance among 40 tested longan cultivars.
