摘要
本研究通过对35MnVN钢低温系列冲击韧性值测定,金相组织分析、断口形貌与二次裂纹扩展途径观察,初步揭示了其低温冲击韧性的变化规律及影响因素。结果表明:铁素体晶粒尺寸及相对量、原奥氏体晶粒大小、珠光体团尺寸对低温冲击韧性值有较大影响;铁素体晶粒尺寸为较敏感因素;温度降低,晶界有弱化趋势。本文还讨论了改善低温冲击韧性的途径。
The main aim of this paper is to deal with the influence of microfactors on lon temperature impact toughness of medium carbon microalloyed steel 35MnVN, used in forging followed with subsequent aircooling conditions. It has been ufond that the low temperature impact toughnes is mainly determined dy the grain size and voiume fraction of ferrite, the prior austenite grain size and pearlite colony size, among which the grain esiz of ferrite is the most sensitive. Nitrogen irconsidedre unfavourable to low temperature impact ioughness for the weakening phenomenon of grain boundaries at low temperature
