摘要
研究了球墨铸铁与 Al2 O3 陶瓷配副在空气、蒸馏水、乳化液和油润滑条件下的摩擦磨损特性。结果表明 ,随着空气、蒸馏水、乳化液和油润滑顺序 ,Al2 O3 陶瓷和铸铁副的摩擦系数及各自的磨损量都逐渐降低。对 Al2 O3 磨面进行形貌及能谱分析 ,发现在干摩擦条件下 Al2 O3 磨面有大量球铁或钢的转移物组成的迁移膜 ,在润滑条件下则没有。在空气和蒸馏水润滑下 ,铸铁中石墨能起到不同程度的润滑减磨作用 ,而在乳化液和油润滑下石墨难以发挥其润滑作用。
The wear of ductile iron against Al 2O 3 is greatly effected by the difference of lubricated condi tions It is concluded that friction coefficient and wear volume of friction pairs are decreased in the order of air, distilled water, emulsion and machinery oil The energy dispersive X ray analysis and SEM observation of worn surface of Al 2O 3 indicated that there was a large amount of transfer layer consisting of ductile iron or steel on Al 2O 3 in air, but not in lubricated conditions Graphite in ductile iron could play lubrication roles in air and distilled water, but it could not in emulsion and machinery oil
