摘要
吉兰巴雷综合征(GBS)由Landry最早详细描述,由Guillain和Barr啨系统报道了其临床表现。对GBS的认识早期阶段以GBS症状学描述和命名为主,近代研究阐明了GBS发病的免疫学机制并提出了切实可行的诊断标准,治疗学也取得巨大成就。中国学者也做出了重要贡献。
Guillain-Barré syndrome （GBS） was firstly described in detail by Landry, and then systemically reported by Guillain and BarrY. Initially, the main work was focused on the symptomatic description and denomination of GBS. Recent study deeply explored and elucidated the pathogenic immunology of GBS and proposed the practical diagnostic criteria for GBS. GBS therapeutics also made great progress in this period. And Chinese scholars also made great contribution to the field of GBS.
