医学生神经病学课学习态度量表的编制及效信度评价 被引量:7

摘要 目的研制适用于中国医学生的神经病学课学习态度量表。方法参考国内外文献设计了24个条目的医学生神经病学课学习态度量表。用因子分析评价结构效度;用Cronbach'α系数评价量表的信度;比较前后两次测量的相关系数评价重测信度。结果因子分析提取四个主成分解释总变异的51.2%,旋转后因子1-4分别定义为对神经病学课的学习认知、学习情感、学习意向、重要性认识(地位)。四个因子和所有条目的α系数分别为0.823、0.775、0.700、0.655和0.881。重测(49人)相关系数分别为0.578、0.492、0.748、0.531和0.675,关联均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论该量表具有较好的效度和信度,可以为国内类似调查提供参考。 Objective To establish a scale to measur Chineses medical students' study attidues towards neurology. Methods Based on literatures published in China and abroad and suggestions by relevant specialists and teachers,we developed a self-administered scale with 24-item to measure Chineses medical students' study attidues towards neurology. Factor analysis was used to assess the construction validity of the scale. Cronbach's alpha for the total scale and the sub-scales was calculated for evaluating the internal consistency. Moreover,49 subjects were re-investigated after one week of the first survey,and the correlation of scores between the two surveys was tested for assessing the stability of the scale. Results Factor analysis identified four potential components that could explain 51.2% of the total variance,and the first factor and second factor both including 8 items were defined as "The cognition of neurology study", and "The feeling of neurology study", respectively. The third factor and fourth factor both including 4 items were defined as "The intention of neurology study" ,and "The understanding of important status of neurology study" , respectively. The Cronbach' α coefficient was 0.823 for Factor One, 0.775 for Factor Two,0.700 for factor Three,0.655 for factor Four,and 0.881 for the general scale. By analyzing the data of 49 students who participated in both surveys,we obtained test-retest reliability of factor Ⅰ as 0.578,of factor Ⅱ as 0.492, of factor Ⅲ as 0.531,of factor Ⅳ as 0.531,and of all items as 0.675,and all the correlation coefficients were statistically significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion The results indicated that the neurology study-related attitude scale had reasonable validity and reliability,It could provide valuable reference for future similar surveys in China.
