摘要
文章先对西部地区的环境状况进行了基本的定性分析,然后利用统计学的因子分析和统计软件SPSS等进行量化建模,再利用分组原理对西部各省的环境状况进行了深入的对比量化分析。在此基础上建立西部地区环境量化监控模型,最后定量与定性相结合,提出西部开发过程中西部地区环境保护的相关对策。
Firstly, this article makes a qualitative analysis area, and then quantifies and constructs the model with the basically on the environmental situation of western aid of the factor analysis in statistics and SPSS. Moreover, according to the grouping principle, it deeply takes a compared and quantified analysis on the environmental situation of western provinces. On the basis of that, this article constructs the environmental quantification monitor model of west. Finally, combining the quantitative and qualitative methods, we could propose the relevant strategy on environmental protection during the west development.
