摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定20%三唑磷微乳剂,以甲醇∶乙腈∶水(40∶20∶40,v/v)作流动相,在波长为245 nm,流速1.5 mL/min的条件下,能有效在将三唑磷中所有杂质分离。此方法的线性相关系数为0.999 7,标准偏差为0.095,变异系数为0.46%,平均回收率为99.86%。
An analytical method of triazophos by high performance liquid chromatography at UV245 nm was introduced.Triazophos was sepatated efficiently on a C18 reversed phase column using methanol with acetonitrile and water(40: 20:40, v/v)as mobile phase .The linear correlation coefficient, standard deviation, variation coefficient and average recovery of the method are 0.9997,0.095,0.46 % and 99.86 %, respectively.
