摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇:水(85:15)为流动相,C_(18)柱和紫外检测器同柱分离测定混剂中的氟啶脲和三唑磷。结果表明,氟啶脲、三唑磷的标准偏差分别为0.189和0.115;变异系数分别为1.780%和0.37%;平均回收率分别为99.9%和100.3%,线性相关系数r^2_(三唑磷)=0.99996,r^2_(氟啶脲)=0.9998。
The quantitative analysis of mixture of chlorfluazuron and triazophos by reverse phase HPLC using methanol and water (85:15) as mobile phase,C_(18) column and ultraviolet detector was described in this paper.The results showed that the standard devitions for chlorfluazuron and triazophos were 0.189 and 0.115,the coefficients of variation were 1.780%and 0.37%,the linear correlations were 0.99996 and 0.9998 respectively.
