摘要
通过对涉及乒乓球技术学习的条件反射学说理论、技能学习的觉知理论、内隐学习理论、速度与准确关系理论以及反应时和刺激—反应选择理论6种理论与乒乓球技术学习中具体内容安排关系的讨论,认为在乒乓球技术学习过程中,把有关于运动技术学习的系列理论和乒乓球技术学习的经验方法进行对照,在理论的基础上对技术学习内容安排进行理解,使技术学习内容安排更加趋于科学化,这对于提高技术学习的效率有所帮助,并可以避免出现不必要的问题。
This paper explored the relationship between the specific content arrangements in table tennis skill learning and the six theories related to this area, for example, conditioned reflex, perceptual theory of skill learning, recessive learning theory, relationship between speed and accuracy, reaction time and theory of incentive-reaction choice. The conclusions can be concluded as follows: the theories related to sports skill learning and experience in table tennis skill learning were compared in the process of table tennis skill learning, and the content arrangements of table tennis skill learning are understood in a theoretical perspective, thereby increasing the efficiency of the skill learning and avoid unnecessary problems.
