摘要
高等教育收费一直是社会关注的焦点问题,那么,如何科学、合理地确定高等教育学费呢?本文从个人学费成本确认的必要性出发,探讨了个人学费成本确认的原则、个人学费成本归集的对象和口径,并运用多因素分析法从实证研究的角度对普通高校个人学费成本的计量进行了详细的探讨。
The problem of how to determine the higher education tuition scientifically and rationally has long been discussed by the public and the academic circles. This paper, starting with the necessity of determining the cost of personal tuition, discusses the principal of determining the cost of personal tuition, identifies the objects and scale of classification and summarization of personal tuition, and studies the measurement of the cost of personal tuition in regular institutions of higher education empirically by applying the method of multifactor analysis.
