摘要
我国地方综合性大学学术资源整体短缺且配置不科学的问题普遍存在,社会和个人对教育不断增长的需求和可用于发展教育的资源短缺之间的矛盾越来越突出。因此,优化学术资源配置在地方综合性大学的发展中就显得十分重要。文章从促进各学科交叉融合,提高科学创新能力;提高资源配置的效率,减少浪费;提高组织稳定性,培育核心竞争力三个方面分别阐述了学术资源配置的积极作用。
Academic resources are comprehensively in shortage in China＇s local comprehensive universities and the allocation of resources is generally unscientific, resulting in increasingly evi-dent contradictions between the increasing social and personal demands for education and available resources for the develop-ment of education. Therefore, it is important to optimize academic resources allocation in the development of local comprehensive universities. This paper elaborated the positive role of academic resources allocation from the following three aspects： promoting interdisciplinary integration and improving scientific innovative ability; improving the efficiency of resources allocation and re-ducing wastes; improving structural stability and cultivating core competitiveness.
