摘要
目的研制用于估算X、γ射线、中子、特别是β射线外照射所致皮肤剂量的软件。方法根据国际辐射单位和测量委员会(ICRU)第56号报告和我国有关标准,采用Vc++6.0编程软件及Access数据库对皮肤剂量估算方法进行计算机化,编写皮肤剂量估算软件。结果通过该软件能够快速估算β、X、γ射线和中子所致的皮肤受照剂量,并可贮存受照人员的详细信息,供以后查询和分析。结论皮肤剂量估算的计算机化,可提高皮肤剂量估算的速度及其准确性,可作为突发核与放射事件中人员早期分类的一个快速而实用的工具。
Objective To develop software for estimating skin dose from X ray, gamma ray, neutron, and especially β my external exposure. Methods Based on International Commission on Radiation Units and Measurements (ICRU) Report 56 and relevant Chinese standards, a software was developed with Vc + + 6.0 program and Access database to computerized the methods of skin dose estimation. Results The skin dose from βX,β my and neutron could be estimated rapidly and approximately with the present software. In addition, this program archives detailed information of affected individuals for later use in consultations and analyses. The calculating speed and precision of skin dose estimation is improved by this software, which would appear to be a rapid and useful early triage instrument in nuclear and radiolngical emergency circumstances.
