摘要
目的:提出在智慧城市框架下打造区域医疗一体化整体解决方案的思路,从而有效促进建立健全覆盖城乡居民的基本医疗卫生制度,为群众提供安全、有效、方便、价廉的医疗卫生服务。方法:通过对医疗卫生领域业务问题的分析,梳理出涉及的业务单位,策划出全过程健康管理、以健康档案为中心的业务全覆盖、以市民卡为载体的整合服务设计理念,设计出智慧城市框架下的区域医疗卫生解决方案整体架构。结果:依托于智慧城市、物联网、云计算、虚拟化等信息化高端技术手段,构建出了全方位一体化的区域医疗卫生解决方案。结论:该解决方案能提高医疗服务水平,提升医疗服务质量,促进医疗卫生科学管理和决策,提高公共卫生应急能力。
Objective To put forward a solution for regional healtheare under the framework of Intelligent City. Methods With the problems and related professional organizations analyzed, the solution for regional heahheare was presented in order to realize whole-course health management, with the health file centered and citizen card as the carrier. Results Several high technologies, such as Intelligent City, EPC, cloud calculating, virtualization, were used to develop the solution.Conclusion The solution contributes a lot to the enhanced medical service and management, and thus the response ability of public medical emergencies is improved greatly.
