摘要
多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)中细菌移位(BT)所致的肠源性感染与应激后发生的脓毒症、MODS密切相关,西医注重改善肠道供血供氧,黏膜保护及应用微生物制剂等方法防治BT;而中医使用大黄、丹参或组合方剂,亦收到良好效果。
Bacteria translocation （BT） induced enterogenous infection in multiple organs dysfunction syn drome （MODS） is closely related with the stress pyemia and MODS. For prevention of BT, wcstern medicine stresses to improve the blood and oxygen supply of intestinal tract, mucosa protection, and appl croorganism preparation, while traditional Chinese medicine could also win good effect by using rhubarb, red sage root, and compound decoctions.
