摘要
目的:验证蜂蛇胶囊与放、化疗结合治疗的增效作用。方法:选用蜂蛇胶囊结合放疗、化疗对荷瘤动物进行治疗的方法,观察对615纯系荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤抑制作用及生命延长作用。结果:对实体瘤有较强抑制作用,生命延长也有提高作用。结论:它与化疗药物5-Fu和放疗电子线协同作用时,均有疗效增强作用。
Objective： Verification the effect function when using Fengshe capsule combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Methods： Fengshe cupsules were used, with the combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy of mice Challeng with tumors, to observe the inhibition and survival time. Results： Fengshe capsule has an strong repression on entity lump, it can also make life longer. Conclusion： Fengshe capsule, using with 5 - FU or radiotherapy, all has an increasing of function.
