摘要
目的 :探讨子宫平滑肌组织钙调神经磷酸酶 (CaN)活性与年龄的关系。方法 :应用酶学测定方法 ,测定了 4 2例大鼠子宫平滑肌组织中CaN的活性。结果 :(1) 6周、8周、10周和12周大鼠之间子宫平滑肌CaN活性有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;(2 ) 16周、2 0周和 2 4周大鼠之间子宫平滑肌CaN活性无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;(3) 6周、8周、10周和 12周分别与 16周、2 0周、和 2 4周大鼠之间子宫平滑肌CaN活性有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :正常雌性大鼠子宫平滑肌组织CaN的活性随年龄增长逐渐增加 ,到 16周后稳定在较高水平。
Objective:The purpose of this study was to research the relation between the activities of CaN in uterine smooth muscle issue and age. We applied the way of enzymology, examine the activities of CaN in uterine smooth muscle of 42 cases for the rats. Results: showed that there are prominent distinguished in the activities of CaN in uterine smooth muscle issue of 16w?8w?10w and 12w rats(P<0.01), there are not obvious distinguished in uterine smooth muscle issue of the activities of CaN of 16w?20w and 24w rats(P>0.05), and the activities of CaN in 6w?8w?10wand16w?20w?24w rats have prominent distinguished respectively(P<0.01). Conclusion: Activities of CaN in uterine smooth muscle issue of normal female rats gradually increase with age and stay in a comparable high level after 16weeks.
